We have created a new company headed by David E. Stone, IFAS to perform appraisal reviews in Maricopa County , Arizona.

See "Appraisers" section of this web site for how appraisers can now benefit from associating with American Eagle.

Lenders can benefit more now. See "LENDERS" section on this web site to benefit from these changes.

The Cleveland, Ohio and Boston appraisal offices remain with this corporation too.

Appraisers - We're looking for a select number of licensed and certified appraisers in the Greater Phoenix area for our expanded services program. Click on Appraisers to the left of this page.

Appraisal Management Office System -

American Eagle Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. also announced that AMOS^tm, its Appraisal Management Office System, is in its 2^nd release, having made several major enhancements to it's already popular management system. This great management system automates most of the appraisal office operation and controls the appraisal orders, invoicing, month end statements, client lists, management reports, staff appraisers production and payroll. Who are we -

We're a national appraisal & consulting company with offices in a number of states. We provide residential and commercial appraisal services, consulting to users of appraisal services, and education to the appraisal, lending, real estate communities. Additionally, we offer special information and appraisal services to homeowners and several appraisal programs to attorneys and estate planners.
